REIKI ENERGY

REIKI IS AN AWARENESS ENERGY, ITS NATURE IS PURE LIGHT

TREATMENTS

For the energetic balance

The Reiki treatments for energy balancing can be divided into:
- self-treatment, implemented on themselves;
- treatment, made by a Reiki practitioner on another person;
- treatment at a distance, using the 3rd symbol to reinforce the power of Reiki energy to reach people far away.

TREATMENT

Although at the very beginning all Reiki treatments were practiced while sitting, today is preferable to relax the person who will receive it on a massage bad or, alternatively, on a table large enough (which will be placed on mats or quilts). In this way the Reiki treatment is much more convenient for those who receive it and for those who are making it standing up and moving around freely or sitling down moving away the chair).

POSITION 1: FACE
Who runs the application starts by placing hands gently on the face of the person receiving the Reiki energy.

POSITION 2: CHEEKs
After a few minutes, the operator bring the palms of his hands on the cheeks.

POSITION 3: NAPE
Raising slightly the recipient's head, the operator lay his hands under the head, in contact with the back of the neck.

POSITION 4: THROAT
The alternatives are two, the one most suitable to the practitioner will be chosen.

POSITION 5: HEART
The operator then proceeds moving from the head to the lower part of the body.

POSITION 6: SOLAR PLEXUS
He Put his hands right where the diaphragm is located, on the mouth of the stomach.

POSITION 7: TANDEN
Now hands below the navel.

POSITION 8: GENITAL
When a session of Reiki is runned on other people, there are various ways to transmit Reiki energy without touching the private parts: placing hands on the sides or keeping them raised a few inches.

POSITION 9: SHOULDERS/span>
If the person is asleep, the operator can gently slide his hands under the receiver's shoulders without disturbing him. Otherwise the receiver well be asked to turn over on his stomach, prone, and put their hands on their shoulders.

POSITION 10: SHOULDER BLADES
The operator put his hands in the middle of the shoulder blades.

POSITION 11: KIDNEYS
The kidneys are very important. The operator lean his hands between the last rib and hips.

POSITION 12: GLUTEAL
Again, out of respect for the person, the operator put hands on the hips, with the palms on the sides, or they are held raised.

When a person is relaxed, the benefits of Reiki are even more noticeable. Remember though that not all relax in the same way, and depends on the person's state of mind: some relax of the most receiving Reiki with closed eyes in a silent atmospheare, others chatting animatedly with the practitioner and others listening to music.
